We are so appreciative of all our supporters. They make it possible for us to run sessions and activities supporting vulnerable people in our community, connecting and empowering people to become active solutions to the challenges we face.

We've seen people grow in confidence and develop new skills, seen people connect and build vital friendships. We truly believe that community matters, and that working together is better for all of us!

What your donation achieves...

 > Development of new ideas to support the community, from working alongside community representatives with great ideas, researching and promoting new groups, and resourcing them with good policies and practises, space to get started and securing funding for resources.

> Run community events which gather people from all walks of life, enabling connections between individuals who might not meet in other circumstances, and providing experiences that make us proud of our local area and town.

​

> Maintainence and development of a quality community facility which is already used by all ages, from babies in our Parent and Toddler groups, Hafway youth group, to our older generation accessing Halliwell Befriending Service support and sessions. Plus a huge variety of additional groups who use the centre for sessions each week. It important that such a busy centre is well maintained and safe for all who come through our doors.

If you have items that we could use in a community raffle, you can drop them off at the centre anytime we have a session or event, or get in touch to make arrangement outside these times.
